The place has 3 independent appartments for rent :
F2 : 45 m2 + terrass, living room, US cuisine, 1 bedroom,1 bathroom. From 2 to 4 peoples.
F3 : 37m2 + terrass, living room, US cuisine, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
F4 : 80 m2, living room, US cuisine, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.

F2 and F3 can, upon request, connect. Two steps and a double door separate the two apartments. When the apartments are rented separately, we assure complete independence and privacy of both entrances, terraces and gardens. The apartments are on different levels and have entirely separate access.
F2 + F3 = F5
We can also accommodate your request for additional room, however, and can connect the two apartments, creating an 80m2, three-bedroom F5 apartment.

Rates are based on a full week, all inclusive in July and August. From September to June, EDF (electrical heat) costs are included up to 100kwh per week.
(Any additional kilowatt usage, as measured by the meter, will be billed separately based on actual consumption at the rate of 0.1330 € per kwh per hour ).
Water, gas, bed linens, and kitchen linens are included in the weekly rate.

The rental period is from Saturday at 4.00 pm to Saturday at 10.00 am.
If your preferred dates are already reserved, please check availability in our F3 and F4 apartments.
Except during the summer high season, we adjust our rates depending upon your specific request and the number of guests. We will be pleased to provide rates for one person or an entire family, depending on your needs.

Reservationsare confirmed upon receipt of a deposit cheque of 25% along with a signed rental contract.Furnished tourism rental properties are required to collect occupancy tax year-round at the following rates:
Category 3*: 0.70€ per adult (14 years of age and up) per day.
Children of less than 14 years old are not subject to tax.
Tax is payable by cheque to the order of the Tresor Public Mairie d’Urrugne.
